Walter Henry / President and CEO:
Mr. Henry is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Gold Corp. Mr. Henry sits on the board of directors of other companies and has extensive experience in the areas of international project financing, capital markets financing, commercial bank financing, financial reporting, controls and taxation matters, and treasury and financial risk management. Mr. Henry previously held the positions of Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Royal Nickel Corp. and Juno Special Situations Corp., as well as an associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
Jennifer Boyle B.A., LLB / Executive Chair:
Ms. Boyle is a Director, the President, and Chief Executive Officer of Satori. Jennifer sits as a member of the board of directors of Carlisle Goldfields Limited (TSX:CGJ) and of Nevada Exploration Inc. (TSXV:NGE), and is a former securities lawyer who has been, for the past 18 years, working at founding or re-organizing early-stage junior resource issuers, and developing various growth strategies for various clients. Formerly, Jennifer was Chief Executive Officer of St. Eugene Mining before the company was bought by Claude Resources Inc. and she was a founding director and Executive Vice President of Canadian Royalties Inc. (was TSX:CZZ,1997 to 2006); co-founder and Executive Vice President of Golden Valley Mines Ltd. (GZZ) (2002 to 2005); and co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Takara Resources Inc. (2006 to 2013).
Jeff Kilborn / CFO:
Mr. Kilborn is Chief Financial Officer of Satori. He has ten years of finance experience, having held progressively senior positions at Canadian subsidiaries of two U.S.-based investment banks as well as well as a mid-market Canadian private equity firm. Mr. Kilborn has broad financial experience, including debt and equity capital raising and mergers and acquisitions advisory.
Scott Walters / Advisor to Satori:
Mr. Walters is a senior management consultant to private and public companies within the mining and agricultural industries, and specializes in due diligence as it relates to a variety of consumer and agricultural products, particularly in relation to marijuana for medical purposes regulations.
Mr. Walters has 20 years of securities industry experience, the majority of which have been spent investing in and financing natural resource and technology issuers. His execution and senior management experience on the buy and sell side encompasses all types of investment banking transactions, including a focus on public and private equity and debt offerings, exclusive sale assignments, joint ventures, business creation and development.
In his previous role, Mr. Walters was the managing director of investment banking for a publicly listed U.S.-based investment bank.
